Who we are.

STAN was created in 2019 by Max Gajdel and Bogdan Raic, two former property managers who spent more than 15 years in the industry.

They saw firsthand that property management was a demanding and challenging job, one that requires a tremendous amount of time and effort.

The problem with
property management.

Max and Bogdan realized that there is a lack of tools available to support property managers.

They experienced the struggles and difficulties of managing a property on their own. Endless on-site inspections, budget planning, and managing resident inquiries, all while trying to keep up with the ever-changing demands of the industry.

But they also knew that there had to be a better way.

The solution.

Max and Bogdan decided to take matters into their own hands and founded STAN, the AI assistant for property managers.

They took all the manual processes of the property management industry and automated them, creating a revolutionary tool that could make the lives of managers everywhere easier.

With STAN, managers no longer have to spend hours answering resident inquiries or submitting work orders. They can now focus on more important tasks, such as budget planning and on-site inspections.
